This blog started off being titled "Seasoned with Effort," and trust me that saying still applies to my efforts in the kitchen! That's why it's still included in my tagline. But after almost 6 months of chronicling my cooking journey, I realized that almost every post of mine ends with "Next time I'll definitely add more tomatoes." See, from childhood I've had an obsession with tomatoes. I don't know why. Well, I do actually- because they're freakin' delicious. Seriously, if you give me a choice between a Reese's Cup and a juicy red tomato with a bit of salt...I'll choose the tomato about 97% of the time. So I decided to change the name of my blog to "More Tomatoes" because it's more original, personal, and quite frankly you just need to get used to
