I have a fundraising cookbook from my hometown that I use, as well as Better Homes & Garden Cookbook. I also have a tendency to just Google a recipe for whatever it is that I have an interest in making that night. And don't forget to check the back of any soup cans, noodle boxes, etc. Companies print TONS of recipes on their products in the hopes that you'll continue using them.
